New In : Volume Six

Yes dolls! It's that time of week again, let's have a looksy what the lovely old high-st is treating us to this week:

H&M

I would feel that I was failing to live up to my 'fashion blogger' name if I failed to mention the luxurious Marni for H&M collection. Showcased here with a beautiful patterned top that would liven up any classic ensemble the collection is both wearable and affordable for the current Summer months. Talking of Summer, nothing quite screams sunshine to me than a gorgeous Rose-Gold tinted bracelet - perfect for adorning tanned limbs, no? The wedges and the ring would look perfect teamed with anything from summer dresses to skinny jeans, true basic beauties.

New Look

A summery explosion of girly colour schemes and kitsch patterns. Their 'New in' collection really reminds me of a kind of 'fun at the fair' style shoot - I can imagine those shorts teamed with some bright coloured sunnies and a stick of candy floss? The skirt is the perfect introduction to pastel palleting, tuck a slouchy white tee in and team with a wide brimmed hat and sandals for true Carrie Bradshaw style. Then the dress is lady like perfection. Super cute yet structured to flatter figures. Just don't drip Ice-cream down in!

Topshop

Topshop are nailing the 'basic's at the moment. From gorgeous slouchy vests with just enough detail to keep them fashion forward to on trend nautical themed skirts that would work with anything. I'm loving the soft blue vest - a steal at just £10 and a perfect way to incorporate the pastel trend into even the most timid wardrobe. The nail colour adds a little edge - I'd team with the most frothy and girly summer dress ever for a real style statement clash.

Miss Selfridge

Along with a typically seasonal array of floaty and feminine ensembles, Miss Selfridges 'New In' section is rife with a range of tougher and edgier pieces perfect for those of you who love a little edge. The gorgeous structured peplum dress proves that Summer dressing doesn't always have to be flowing to be fabulous. The leggings are just incredible -  I would team with an oversized silk tee + statement sandals - one word of cation though - don't wear them on a boiling hot day ... imaaaagine the tan lines!

River Island

Lastly, River Island are bring the rock to baroque. Gorgeous embellished and cut-out pieces are strewn throughout their 'New In' collection, making me dream of lounging in a field full of flowers and channelling my inner hippie princess. The nautical play-suit adds a real structured edge to the predominately 'California cool' collection, I don't know about you but I can imagine that on a yacht in Cannes. Sadly, I can't quite afford the yacht but the play suit might set me on my way...
